Our Services

We offer in-person & tele-health counseling.
Our multidisciplinary network of professionals includes psychiatrists, neuropsychologists, educational advocates, nurse practitioners, speech and language therapists, as well as occupational and physical therapists, whom we refer to as needed.

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is a collaborative process where a person works one-on-one to address personal issues, develop coping strategies, and achieve mental and emotional well-being. It provides a supportive environment to explore feelings, identify patterns, set goals, and foster personal growth and healing. Through therapy, clients gain insights into themselves, manage emotions effectively, and progress towards their goals.

Couples Counseling

During couples counseling, romantic partners collaborate with a professional counselor to address individual concerns. Couples learn constructive methods to manage differences and develop strategies to enhance their relationship, such as understanding relationship dynamics, improving communication, acquiring problem-solving skills, resolving conflicts, and building trust. Individual sessions with the therapist may also be conducted as needed.

Family Counseling

Family therapy provides a safe and neutral space for all family members to understand and support each other while addressing psychological, behavioral, and emotional issues that cause family conflict. With the guidance of a trained psychotherapist, families learn to identify patterns contributing to struggles within the family unit and develop skills and strategies to help cope better with these challenges.

Group Therapy

Group therapy involves one or more therapists working with several people at once, focusing on specific mental health concerns. It is designed to treat these issues through clinical techniques that work well in a group setting.

Joining a therapy group allows you to connect with others facing similar challenges, helping you learn about yourself, reduce anxiety, and feel less isolated by sharing experiences, and gaining new coping skills together.

We offer cognitive behavioral, interpersonal, psychoeducational, skills development, and support groups.

We are currently running the following:

Divorce Groups

The divorce process and all it entails can be incredibly stressful, frustrating, and scary, amongst other things.  Divorce groups enable participants to learn strategies for coping and adapting as your family transitions, simultaneously exploring common issues such as co-parenting, finances, the legal process, friendships and children.

Grief Support Groups

Experiencing loss can be incredibly overwhelming, often leaving us feeling lonely and isolated. Grief recovery support groups offer a unique connection with others who are also grieving, facilitating healing from the pain of losing a loved one, whether a family member, community member, classmate, friend, or pet.

Social Skills Groups

Interacting with peers can be a nerve-wracking and awkward experience, often leading to feelings of insecurity and avoidance of social situations. Social Skills Groups provide a safe environment to explore these challenges. These groups aim to enhance social interactions and build confidence in navigating social exchanges. Through sharing and engaging in cognitive behavioral exercises, participants can develop skills in perspective-taking, friendship-building, problem-solving, social competence, and emotion recognition and regulation, among others.

Anxiety Support Groups

Worry, nervousness and fear can permeate so many facets of our lives, often interfering with our relationships, our work, and our life's goals.  Through understanding and connecting with other group members who share experiences with anxiety, participants learn about themselves and find new strategies to ease these feelings. Your confidence grows as your competence in managing your anxiety grows.
